01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 777fub platform in any capacity, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 777fub Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777fub platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 777fub platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering your 777fub account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Create a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 777fub immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

777fub reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the registration appears to be in breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 777fub account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. 777fub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777fub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made using GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available by 777fub from time to time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your 777fub wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 777fub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 777fub account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank follow standard Philippine interbank processing timelines.
• 777fub reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

777fub may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion.
• 777fub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 777fub platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning conducted under controlled conditions. The following terms apply to all gameplay:

• The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the 777fub server, the server record shall be the definitive record for the purposes of determining the outcome of any bet.
• Bets placed after a game round has commenced may be voided at 777fub's discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777fub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 777fub.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 777fub account.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

777fub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777fub reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 777fub account may do so by contacting the support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777fub platform — including but not limited to the 777fub brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 777fub or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777fub platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 777fub content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the 777fub brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on any 777fub content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777fub's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777fub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

777fub does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Privacy
